To book an appointment, first choose a location (Telepsych or office). Then, If this is your first visit, please schedule an initial psychiatric evaluation in-office or by telepsych, for returning clients please book a follow-up. Prices displayed are for self-pay only if you have insurance, once we receive your intake information we will verify your out-of-pocket expense/charge and let you know of any charge before you visit. We are contracted with Anthem, Aetna, Optum/United Health Care, Cigna/Evernorth, Magellan, Triwest, Humana, Blue Shield, and Medicare. We are adding more so please call for updated info.
